7. Service Booking & Payment

  • By booking a service, you authorize Hometick to facilitate the arrangement of professional home cleaning or other selected services.
  • Fees paid for completed services are non-refundable unless the issue arises due to proven fault of Hometick.
  • Payment may be made by online through accepted online methods including Visa and MasterCard (in AED or another agreed currency).

8. Pricing & Charges

  • Service rates are clearly displayed at the time of booking. Pricing is subject to change based on service type, duration, or additional requests.
  • By authorizing payment through your chosen method, you agree to all applicable charges. Pre-authorization may be required for credit/debit card payments.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made with at least 6 hours’ notice before the scheduled booking. Notification must be provided via email (info@hometick.me), phone, or WhatsApp.
  • Late cancellations or failure to provide sufficient notice may result in applicable charges.

10. Reporting Issues

To help us resolve issues promptly and fairly, please report any of the following problems within the timeframes specified below:

  • Missing or Stolen Items:
    Must be reported within 48 hours of the completed service by contacting us at info@hometick.me.
  • Damaged Items:
    Must be reported within 24 hours of the completed service by contacting us at info@hometick.me.

Failure to report within the specified timeframe may result in the claim being declined. All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Hometick reserves the right to determine the final resolution.

11. Account Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. Hometick will not be responsible for unauthorized access due to user negligence.

12. Eligibility

  • Use of our services is limited to individuals aged 18 years or older. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

13. Platform Role

  • Hometick operates as a service aggregator, connecting clients with independently contracted, licensed third-party service providers.
  • We act solely as an intermediary and are not liable for any wrongful acts of individual service providers beyond our reasonable control.

14. Payment Security

  • Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Hometick does not store any credit or debit card information on its servers.
  • Stored payment methods may be used for future transactions such as recurring bookings or outstanding payments.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE Main Courts.
